Busted Boomers: Aches and Pains in the Aging Population

The conference committee have put together an excellent Scientific Programme around the theme of Busted Boomers: Aches and Pains in the Ageing Population including talks from Professor Karim Khan, of The University of British Columbia Canada, Dr Ebonie Rio, Physiotherapist from The Monash University Tendon Research Group, Melbourne, Australia and Prof of Pain Medicine Nik Bogduk, University of Newcastle Australia and Dr Peter Robinson ACC Chief Clinical Advisor, Wellington, New Zealand. There will also be presentations by Auckland surgeon Mr Peter Robertson, Christchurch radiologist Dr Mark Coates and Christchurch Rheumatologist Dr Peter Chapman, as well as physiotherapist workshops and discussions around community management of MSK disorders.

 

The highlight of the social programme will be the conference dinner at The Transitional Cathedral and there will be plenty of opportunity to network with industry colleagues during the catering breaks and Welcome Drinks Hour.
